Payment

Bomber Import (bombereyewear.net) receives payment by Master Card, Visa Card in collaboration with Quickpay and Clearhaus or Bank Transfer - Bank details, SWIFT, IBAN will be provided to you upon selecting Bank Transfer.

Bomber Import will not acquirer payment before the product(s) are sent.

Shipping

All shipping costs and free shipping promotions are based on shipping to addresses within EU. Items shipped outside EU (ie. Norway and Switzerland) may be charged additional shipping costs.

For international orders not on our list of countries, please send a mail to us.

Complaints, Returns & Refunds

We happily accept returns or exchanges within 90 days from the original shipping date. All items must be new and returned in original packaging. All refunds will be made to the person or credit card that made the original purchase.

You must receive authorization from us before returning any items. If you fail to receive authorization prior to sending us a return, your refund may be delayed or denied. Please call or email us for authorization prior to making a return. Once the return authorization has been made, you will receive a return notification with your return specification details.

If your original purchase qualified for free shipping and you choose to return part or all of the order, you may be responsible for either or both the original cost we incurred to ship the product to you and the cost to return the product to us.

Merchandise damaged during Shipping

Please inspect all packages promptly. Any damage due to shipping must be reported before 10 days for the claim with the carrier to be made and a new part/item shipped. If an item is damaged during shipment, please save all packing materials and contact us immediately. We cannot process any claims after the 10 day time frame for damage claims. It is your responsibility to open and inspect all merchandise upon receipt to insure no shipping damage has occurred.

Bomber Import is fully liable for the products until received by you.
